The Old Shop is a self-contained one bedroom ground floor apartment sleeping two/four people. With all of the rooms on the ground floor, this property is ideal for anyone who prefers not to use stairs and occasional wheelchair users.

Lounge area with 2 seater setee and 3 seater sofa bed which converts easily into a comfortable double bed. 40 inch TV with Freeview. DVD player and numerous DVD's plus an Xbox console and games. There is free Wi-fi throughout.

The bedroom is at the rear of the property with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. 32 inch wall mounted TV with freeview and dvd player.

Wetroom with Mira Sport Max shower, WC and basin.

Double glazing and electric heating throughout including underfloor heating in the wet-room.

Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the tariff.

Parking is always available nearby at a cost of £30 per week - please contact us and we can make the necessary arrangements. There is a disabled parking space very close to the Old Shop which can be reserved.
